: Guard your wallet with this place. They post a price and then tack on an 18% fee as you check out from Expedia. Yes, it is disclosed in the FINE PRINT, but I foolishly didn't catch it during my registration with Booking.com. When I asked at the front counter about the surcharge during check in, there was a LOT of hemming and hawing around about it, but no clear explanation. Also, it was interesting that they didn't charge State Sales tax on the surcharge.

: The location. The evening front desk guy was very friendly.
: The smell of the room was very sickening frangrance/chemical smell. Left the door open for couple hours to try and get some of it out, but it remained the entire time I was there. The carpet had a sticky feel to it when walking barefooted. Had to wear shoes the entire time in the room. Mattress felt hard and cheap. The four poster bed between the attempted upgrade and old just plain felt odd. I only chose this place because I was exhausted. It was off the interstate and across the interstate from where I needed the next morning. It was $8.00 more than the cheaper hotel and I also decided because it said it had complimentary breakfast, which was a joke so wound up having to go get breakfast quick before my appointment. The front desk clerk in the morning was NOT friendly at all. I felt like I was an inconvenience asking for a receipt. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone unless you don’t mind the cheap $19.99 motel rooms from the old days.
